So Heartwarming! This Service Dog Calms And Comforts This Little Boy On the Spectrum!

Max was diagnosed with autism just months before his third birthday. According to his mother, Katrina, Max would often run off during walks around the neighborhood, would physically lash out while feeling frustrated or anxious, and had trouble sleeping.

That’s why Katrina invited a National Service Dog named Chester to join their family. Chester is a lab-retriever mix, and was specially bred to be the calm, laid-back dog that kids on the spectrum like Max would have no problem getting along with.

Watch to see the incredible story of Max and Chester.
