Scott James is a talented vocalist from northern England who appeared on Britain’s X-Factor in 2009. (I realized…if he were born a bit further north, he could have been Scott from Scotland. I’ve got to say, I’m a little sad that’s not the case).

Diagnosed with Asperger’s at age 13, Scott is passionate about raising autism awareness and acceptance. In fact, he is active in multiple charities centered around autism, and mirrors that passion in his music. He put out a song a couple years ago called “Through My Eyes” that promotes awareness, and the single portrayed in the video below, “We Can Be The Future” is doing the same.

Now, take a look at his official music video!

(By the way, you can download “We Can Be The Future” on iTunes or Amazon. And trust me, you’ll want to! He has such a great voice! Check it out!)
