“Good Morning America” Surprise Party for Birthday Boy Colin

A few weeks ago, we posted a story about Colin, a young boy with a disorder similar to autism. He had a birthday coming up on March 9th, and when his mother asked if he wanted a party, he asked, “Who am I going to invite? I don’t have any friends.” His mother then created a Facebook page called “Happy Birthday Colin” in the hopes of getting a few likes and well-wishes from her friends. She never dreamed it would get as much attention as it did! At the time of this posting, the page has reached 2,136,641 likes. On top of the Facebook love, he started getting roughly 10,000 birthday cards a day in the mail. Then, before his birthday on March 9th, Good Morning America contacted his family and asked them all to come on the show to give Colin a special birthday celebration.
